2007-12-08 Club Barbecue

In 2008 we enjoyed the annual WCG barbecue and get together at Walls Whare, on the Waiohine River, and for those who wished there wwas camping overnight.

This will be a great weekend for kids, bring your friends and families.

As well as the barbecue there are many other activities including swimming, kayaking downstream from the camp, walks, floating down the gorge above the camp, and abseiling.

We will arrange abseiling and SRT practice. We will arrange BBQs.

Please contact Simon if interested. Please tell us if

• you will come over Friday night
• you will camp Saturday night
• you are interested in doing Bathtub cave (close to Pukaha Mt Bruce) postponed until January
• you'll be taking part in the abseiling
• you're bringing a boat (two kayaks so far)
• how many kids you are bringing
